Meet The Team
Amir Fard MARLA
Amir has extensive experience of the Edinburgh lettings market.
Having been Head of Lettings for a prominent national agency based in Edinburgh, Amir’s knowledge of the market is second to none.
Relying on his extensive range of contacts both in Edinburgh and the UK he is able to structure deals to the benefit of his clients and tenants alike.
Over the weekends he can be seen wandering around town drinking coffee while walking to his viewings and appointments.
Landlords and tenants alike have confidence in Amir’s expertise. Amir is a member of the Association of Regulated Letting Agents.
Lynda Booth MARLA
Lynda has 15 years of experience in the finance industry.
Since joining Milards, she has continued to work alongside the team on a significant number of lettings transactions in the Edinburgh market.
Lynda is client-centric and ensures that all of our clients and tenants are satisfied focusing on delivering excellence and efficiency within the current and future target operating model.
Her diligence and attention to detail win constant praise from clients.
She can be seen walking her dogs Jessie and Bes in Pentland Hills over the weekend. If you see her be sure to say hi.

Sandy Nicol
Sandy has over 18 years of construction, building and property experience within the residential property market across Scotland.
Having worked for leading letting agents and property development companies, Sandy is a key asset to the team whose knowledge of compliance and legislation is second to none and has helped build a number of clients’ property portfolios.
Clients praise Sandy’s knowledge of property development and maintenance experience.
He spends his weekends watching Rugby accompanied with his favourite drink Sweetheart Stout.
Tom Hall
Tom has extensive experience in the property inventory sector.
Coming previously from the Logistics Industry he is results and client focused, with an eye for detail. Tom aims for efficiency in delivering results that benefit both Landlords and Tenants.
He is a keen outdoorsman, spending his weekends in wilder parts with his dog or, more often these days, sitting by the fireplace in a nice country pub.
Craig Lothian
Craig has a wealth of experience in the Scottish property industry. Not only has he got years of experience working in property management and lettings, he also worked for several years in Property Auctions.
If you are considering letting your property out, Craig is the man to talk to. His patient, friendly approach has made him popular with new and experienced landlords alike.
In his spare time you will likely find Craig walking his dog ‘Messi’, playing 5 a side football or supporting his football team who shall remain anonymous for now!
